please note that these services are available in the london area only
Our most common request, we've been doing live photography since 2007.
You’ll get around 30 cool shots of your live performance, in both web and print resolutions - available through FTP download (web resolutions only) or on a CD, free of charge. The pictures are usually ready within a week after the gig.
Remember to wear your coolest clothes!
You’ll receive around 15 pictures, perfect for promotion purposes like newspaper articles, press kits and gig hunting. All pictures are delivered on a CD in both web and high resolution print format.
This service is on location only. Contact us for more information.

We have a couple of photographers available - even for last minute situations - so even if you decide you want pictures the same day, let us know! We need at least 2 hours notice though. Call us at 07546 113 100 or email us for bookings or more information.
if you're missing any questions or answers, send us an e-mail
When will we receive the pictures?
Live pictures are usually ready within a week. For promo shots expect around 10 days. Keep in mind that you will only receive pictures after you've payed for them (this does not apply to recurring customers).
How do we pay you?
You can use PayPal, pay the photographer in cash, send a check or transfer money into our bank account.
How many pictures will we receive?
For live photography you'll get around 30 pictures, final count depending on how good the lighting is at the venue, amongst other things. For promo photography you'll get around 15 pictures, final count depending on location and how well-prepared the subject (you) is in terms of style and image.
Remember...photography isn't magic. If the band haven't decided on a specific style or image, the pictures will come out that way.
...but this other photographer we used gave us hundreds of shots!?
This is common amongst amateur photographers who send you their entire memory card worth of shots, instead of picking the good ones. They're usually not post-processed, and you probably received lots of similar shots, which is pointless.
How will we get the pictures, and what format are they in?
As soon as the images are ready, we put the web versions (900x600px, 72dpi, sRGB) in a zip file on our server so you can download them. If you want any (or all) of them in high resolution versions, we'll send you a CD containing print versions (original size, 300dpi, aRGB) free of charge.
My CD hasn't arrived?
Due to the amount of clients we have (see the home page), we send out our CD's on the 14th and the 28th of every month to avoid having to go to the post office every day. If it's urgent, contact us and we'll work it out.
Can we have the originals? Maybe you've missed some good ones?
Can we have the individual tracks of your recordings, without any effects or compression? ;)
We never give out any originals. The reason is that our brand is going to be associated with the final product, and we have to make sure that they're representable and continuos.
Who owns the copyright / what can we do with the pictures?
Anuli Photography owns the copyright for all pictures. You have full user rights though, so you can use the pictures for anything and everything. The only thing you can't do is edit them. This means NO cropping or extra post-processing. If you want to have the pictures in black & white, cropped or similar edits, let us know and we'll do it for you. You can resize them, as long as the composition and developing stays intact.
Could you arrive/stay 15 minutes before/after and take some extra band shots backstage/outside?
It's best to keep promo and live shoots separate. The photographer is usually only equipped for the live shoot, and any areas surrounding the stage or venue are usually very dark and therefor not ideal for promo shots.
I'm not happy with the pictures!
We offer no refunds, and the reason is that the time has already been spent - we've already taken the pictures, post-processed them, tagged them, zipped them and put them on our server. Shooting a live gig is 2 hours back and forth, 1 hour on location, and then usually around 2 hours of post-processing.
If you are unhappy with the final result, let us know what you want to change and we'll try to solve it.
