Our most requested service, probably due to our very competitive prices (see pricelist further down the page).

You’ll get around 30 cool shots of your live performance, in both web and print quality (high resolution) - available through FTP download (web only) or on a CD free of charge. The pictures are usually ready a week after the gig.

Remember to wear your coolest clothes.

You’ll get between 15-20 pictures, perfect for promotion purposes like newspaper articles, press kits and gig hunting. All pictures are delivered on a CD in both web and high resolution print format.

This service is on location only, and if you need help with styling and make-up, we can provide this for a small additional fee.

We have several photographers available, even for last minute situations.
So even if you decide you want pictures the same day, let us know. We need at least 2 hours notice though.

Call or email us for bookings or more information.

if you're missing any questions or answers, send us an e-mail

When will we receive the pictures?

For live pictures, it usually takes a week to get them ready. For promo shots expect around 10-14 days. Keep in mind that you will only receive pictures after you've payed for them. However, this does not apply for recurring customers.

How do we pay you?

You can use PayPal, pay the photographer in cash, send a check or transfer money into our bank account.

How many pictures will we receive?

For live photography you'll get between 20-30 pictures depending on how good the lighting is at the venue and how good the subject (meaning you) is. For promo photography you'll get between 10-20 pictures, also depending on location and on how good the subject is. Remember...photography isn't magic. If the band has no style or image, the pictures will come out that way. Photography enhances everything, even a crappy style or attitude.

How will we get the pictures?

As soon as the images are ready, we put the web versions (900x600, 72dpi, sRGB) in a zip file on our server so you can download them. If you want any (or all) of them in high resolution versions, we'll send you a CD containing print versions (original size, 300dpi, aRGB1998) free of charge.

Do you post-process the pictures?

All our pictures are post-processed, yes.

My CD hasn't arrived?

Due to the amount of clients we have (407 since Nov 2007), we send out our CD's on the 14th and the 28th of every month to avoid having to go to the post office every day. If you're unlucky we could have your pictures ready on the 15th or the 29th, and in that case it will take some time to get the CD, if you requested one.

Can we have the originals? Maybe you've missed some good ones?

Can we have the individual tracks of your recordings, without any effects or compression? ;)
We never give out any originals whatsoever. The reason is that our brand is going to be associated with the final pictures, and we have to make sure that they're representable and continuos.

Who owns the copyright for the pictures/what can we do with the pictures?

Anuli Photography owns the copyright for all pictures. However, you have full user rights of course. You can use the pictures for anything and everything. The only thing you can't do is edit them. This means NO cropping or extra post-processing. If you want to have the pictures in black & white, cropped or similar edits, let us know and we'll do it for you. You can resize them, as long as the composition and developing stays intact.

Could you stay/arrive 5 minutes early/after and take some extra band shots backstage/outside?

When paying for live photography, you will only get that service. If you want backstage shots we charge an extra £20, however...it's best to keep promo and live shoots separate. The photographer is usually only equipped for the live shoot, and any areas surrounding the stage or venue are usually very dark and ideal for bad photograps.

I'm not happy with the photographs

We offer no refunds, and the reason is that the time is already spent. We've already taken the pictures, post-processed them, tagged them, zipped them and put them on our server. Shooting a live gig is 2 hours back and forth, 1 hour on location, and then usually around 2 hours of post-processing. If you are unhappy with the final result, let us know what you want to change and we'll try to solve it.
